Week One Day Three

today i signed up for the Self Challenge. this thing is great!!! you can track your meals, get meal plans and track and get workout plans! It is fully interactive and lets you get in shape by tracking EVERYTHING!!!! It even calculates your calories burned by your activities....

I have been following everything and eating well and getting my activity level up. I feel great now that I am eating better and getting more on track with where and what I want to do in life. i am going to work on my goals and post them tonight....
