Thank you so much for all the support!!!

As most of you know, I was diagnosed with Thyroid Disease a few weeks ago. I have been doing a pretty hefty drug therapy plan and it seems as though my symptoms are getting better. My doc said that there is a great possibility that I may have thyroid cancer. Yesterday I had the biopsy done on my thyroid to screen for cancer. Everything went well and I should get the results in a few weeks! I just wanted to thank all of you who have called me sent me cards and sent me much needed love and support!! I know that you all care so very much and it feels good to know that I have such a great group of caring friends!!!

I will post my results as soon as I get them!!!! Make a wish for me tonight when you see a star!! The power of a wish can change a life!!!

Today has been a hard sad day. My moods have evened out but, last week my doctor called and told me that I have thyroid disease. So… I guess I don’t know where that leaves me. I want to be angry, but I’m not. My doctor said that thyroid disease can cause a whole lot of problems from depression to hormonal imbalances that can impair your judgment. I wonder if that is really true. Could that really be the case? And had it been my case??

I have been following everything and eating well and getting my activity level up. I feel great now that I am eating better and getting more on track with where and what I want to do in life. i am going to work on my goals and post them tonight....
